The breakfast included many options. The shuttle to the port was easy to access, and the driver shared tidbits. good restaurants was nearby this hotel.
the receptionist wasn't friendly to me. I felt not welcomed upon arrival. parking was difficult, because i could not find any designated area near the hotel for check-in. I will not be staying here again.

i found the staff to be very helpful. the hourly shuttle service to canada place was useful. the open quadrangle in the middle of the building offered a nice retreat. i also appreciated tips on travel options from the team.
the location near the roadside created a little noise at times.

the room was spacious enough, i suppose.
the walls are paper thin, i could hear the neighbours' tv all night. it was impossible to get any sleep, and the staff didn't seem to care. it's not like i was expecting total silence, but come on.

i found secure parking a real bonus and it was easy to access. breakfast included several good options and filled me up for the morning. the staff were generally attentive. the shuttle to canada place saved me time and money.
i noticed a very slight draft near the window, it was not a big deal.

the breakfast area had several tables and was adequately stocked until 9:30 am. i saw a pancake machine and it dispensed evenly sized pancakes. coffee and juice selections were available throughout breakfast.

the two queen beds room included a tv with many channels. the bathroom had good water pressure. i was able to control the room temperature easily with the thermostat provided and it worked well.

i observed a well maintained fitness center and it had cardio equipment plus free weights. the lobby included comfortable seating areas and offered complimentary newspapers. vending machines were available near the elevators.

the front desk staff answered all my questions promptly. i requested extra towels and they were delivered quickly. the free shuttle to canada place left every 30 minutes and was very convenient.
